Our restaurant is about freshness and flavors. There is no a-la-carte choice. We serve a four-course fixed menu of Turkish home-cooking favorites and regional specialties, as well as some Ottoman classics. We rotate a variety of healthy and well-balanced menus, featuring local ingredients such as lamb, eggplant, vine leaves, yogurt, mint, chili, cumin, lentils, figs and walnuts.
To assure your food is cooked fresh on the day, some dishes are prepared in our class, under strict supervision of myself.
Our restaurant is very small. We try to create a relaxed peaceful feel, which makes us not suitable for children under 6. We make exceptions for lunch, not always being as busy then, but dinner is definitely not an option. Sorry!
